Mortgage Performance Consultant
Designed, developed, and deployed World Savings & Loan’s (WS&L) retail mortgage department’s North American laptop conversion program. Training impacted about 450 employees in three months after the pilot.
- Analyzed knowledge gaps and created a training agenda that would meet learning objectives in one week.
- Designed and then created the instructional materials and job aids used in the project in 2-3 weeks using SnagIt, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Developed a training schedule that would allow one trainer (or a team of two trainers) to train 390 employees in 3 months.

Sr. Training Specialist
Created, designed, and delivered performance-based technical training. Collaborated with other departments regularly to ensure the training needs of field employees were met.
